Emilio Utrera is an Argentinian cartoonist and a writer. He is the creator of self-published comics: ‘Barras’, ‘La Toma’ and ‘Patriotas’. His work was published locally (Fierro, Editorial Muncipal de Cordoba, Culebron Timbal) and internationally in Poland (Mandioca, ‘Piłka Nozna’) and USA (Vertigo).
Bartosz Nowicki (1981) is a Polish-born storyteller, curator and a PhD researcher at Ulster University. He is the author of ‘City – The Season’, a photo book documenting the Cardiff City FC infamous rebrand and the writer of ‘Człowiek Żelazny’ (‘Iron Man’), a short comic story awarded the Grand Prix of the International Festival of Comics and Games in Łódź, 2019. He is the organiser and co-curator of ‘Judgement in Cardiff’, an exhibition of original artwork from pages of Judge Dredd comics (Cardiff, 2015) and co-curator of the ‘Great British Comic Book Art’ exhibition (Łódź, 2017).
