Dawid „SLAVIIIK” Janiak is a Poland-based comic artist, painter and illustrator. He is a graduate of the Gdańsk Academy of Fine Arts, where he specialized in digital art, mural painting and stained glass work. When he’s not watching horror movies or drawing dragons, he’s working on his most recent comic, INTERREGNUM, which can be read online at http://interregnum.cfw.me.

Short summary: One spring, a world not too unlike ours finds that its insects have not returned with the thaw. Faced with fast-approaching famine and ecological collapse, a small village sends one of its people to investigate an old folktale about insects that might still sleep deep beneath the earth.
